How a 0–100 Seed Score Decides What Gets Manufactured
Every exosome batch inherits the seed line it was grown from. Batch consistency is decided upstream, before any purification step runs. consistency is decided upstream, before any purification wizardry. The industry mostly treats seed selection as a trade secret. We treat it as a published method, because a scored library is a buyer's diligence asset.
The funnel
The platform's cargo knowledge base holds 22,554 entries. An AI model scores every candidate against the target category's requirements on a 0–100 potential scale, and roughly 93% are screened out at triage. The rest advance to small-sample validation on the closed line; only validated seeds reach production shortlists.
| Stage | Output | Gate |
|---|---|---|
| Library screening | 0–100 potential scores | Elite-tier admission |
| Shortlist review | Traceability + consistency file | Documentation completeness |
| Small-sample validation | Program-fit confirmation | Production admission |
What the screen actually grades
Four dimensions dominate: source traceability (where the seed came from, with records), scale-up consistency (does it behave the same at 5 L as at 0.5 L), process compatibility (does it fit the target dosage form's window), and documentation completeness (filings and characterization coverage). Selection rates vary by category objective. The score describes the method, not the outcome.
Why a buyer should care
A scored funnel answers 'why was this batch different?' upstream, where the answer is cheap. The alternative is discovering seed variability downstream, in your product, in front of your customers.

Get the test panel that matches your batch
Tell us your target category and expected first batch size (a sample run, around 100 units, or 1,000 and up). We will send the matching test panel, characterization references, and a sample COA for your tier.
