The mother machine is
core asset, not for sale

Self-controlled industrial platforms and AI-driven flexible biomanufacturing.

The mother machine is not for sale — brands plug into the same NuoqTFF 1.0 mother machine through two routes, Model A / Model B (entries below are the current lineup).

How we run your OBM program

Five guarantees, one program — from shelf research to doorstep delivery.

Every TONGNIAN OBM program carries five commitments. Each is detailed below.

01 · Scenario research
We start with your shelf
Category brief first: audience, market, claims boundary. Format and program recommendations come from our 13 product lines / 48 product designs and the AI-screened seed library — never a one-size catalog.
02 · Research-backed value
Files, not adjectives
Documented material chain — FDA DMF Type II 044197 and INCI 41316 on the EV material line, plus national-standard and four group-standard drafting roles), per-batch characterization baseline, full-panel COA release backed by PICC product-liability coverage up to ¥1,000,000, and internal observational programs your buyers can diligence.
03 · Cost control
No MOQ walls
0.5–5 L micro-batches, >95% recovery, changeovers in hours. Pilots run on the production line, so costs stay predictable at 500-unit and 2,000-unit tiers — indicative, quoted per request.
04 · Packaging & consumables
One integrated solution
Primary packaging, gift boxes, program cards and device-consumable pairing — designed with your artwork through OBM, all on one characterization baseline.
05 · Logistics assurance
Cold-chain that protects potency
Dual-temperature lanes (−20 °C / −80 °C material; 2–8 °C finished goods), dry-ice packing with temperature logging, 60/360-day stability windows, destination documentation included.

How it works

Four steps to the mother machine

STEP 01
Project brief
The brand submits category, track and expected batch size; both sides align on target specifications and the compliance route.
We cover: category and target market · audience and claims boundary · destination markets · expected volume tier.
STEP 02
Seed & formulation selection
Seed and formulation candidates are shortlisted from the cargo knowledge base and AI screening, and the process window is locked.
We cover: format recommendation from scenario research · seed shortlist and AI scoring · formulation window · claims route per market.
STEP 03
0.5–5 L micro-batch run
Fully closed micro-batches run on the NuoqTFF 1.0 mother machine (per-batch scale), with batch data captured in parallel.
We cover: batch schedule · QC panel and COA · production-tier cost structure (indicative) · packaging and consumables selection.
STEP 04
Compliant delivery
Complete QC package + COA + filing dossier, delivered against channel requirements with traceable records.
We cover: cold-chain lane and documents · channel hand-off · refill and repurchase cadence · review points for the next program.
Where programs run

Dongying proves the loop. Beijing and Shenzhen run the reach.

The Dongying site is the first full-loop operational validation — seed bank, closed micro-batch line, QC release and cold-chain dispatch on one campus, alongside the Dongying Stem Cell Bank. Brand-operation headquarters and high-end translation centers in Beijing and Shenzhen connect programs to national channels and international partners.

Ordering framework: Pilot runs from 500 units · production from 2,000 units · Standard 15 workdays end-to-end · Rush 7 · sample kits 3–5 days
