Eye Comfort for Screen Fatigue: Single-Dose, Preservative-Minimal, Cosmetic-Track

Eye care is stuck: drug-framed drops or eye creams unchanged in a decade. The screen-fatigued buyer has no cosmetic option — this playbook builds the preservative-minimal, single-dose line that fills it.tive-minimal, single-dose cosmetic comfort line for screen-fatigued consumers does not exist.

Screen-Generation Eye Comfort Line — Product Development Playbook — program shot

01 · The problem

Eye care is the most conservative shelf in beauty. Artificial tears are pharmacy products; eye-area cosmetics are creams and patches with nothing new in a decade. The screen generation — hours per day on displays, eyes that feel tired and dry by evening — buys either drug-framed drops it does not need or does nothing. No one ships that format yet — the shelf position is open.

02 · Scientific rationale

The single-dose format is the product story: every application ships sealed, keeping the formula preservative-minimal — which matters more at the eye area than anywhere else. The EV base rides the same characterization baseline as the rest of the platform (NTA 80–150 nm sample tier), and formats split by ritual: drops for precision, fine mist for desk-side speed.

03 · Program documentation

Protocol documentation for this program family is maintained in TONGNIAN's internal files — network-clinic protocol series and anonymized case records where applicable [5]. Partner access under NDA; the evidence hierarchy stays explicit — published reviews first, internal observational programs second, case documentation third. [6]

Method anchors: [1] EV biology and cargo [2] MISEV2018 characterization [3] category evidence (review or registered study) [4] formulation and handling guidance [5] national measurement guideline (2026 No. 17) [6] internal protocol and case documentation.

05 · Process & QC

EV material runs on the fully enclosed 0.5–5 L micro-batch line — closed-tubing culture, scheduled harvest, tangential-flow separation and concentration, sterile filtration — with low-shear handling qualified at process validation [4]. QC panel design follows MISEV2018 [2] and the national measurement guideline (2026 No. 17, TONGNIAN a drafting organization) [3].

06 · Regulatory pathway: EU & US first

Cosmetic-eye norms on both sides of the Atlantic: appearance and comfort wording, osmolality and pH within cosmetic-eye ranges, formula files built for EU CPSR and US MoCRA listing. Material chain: DMF Type II 044197, INCI 41316. No dry-eye or therapeutic claims — the single hardest and most important discipline in this category.

07 · Expected outcomes

  • A new shelf position: cosmetic eye comfort with unit-dose hygiene — not another drop in the pharmacy lane.
  • Ritual-friendly formats: drops and mists on one baseline, so brands extend without re-development.
  • Documented batches: a COA ships with every batch, and osmolality and pH are measured against the cosmetic-eye ranges before release.

No claims are made beyond the cosmetic, supplement, or professional-use framing of the destination market — authority comes from documentation and batch measurement.

08 · Commercial framework

Sample kits in 3–5 days; pilot from 500 units; production from 2,000 units; standard lead 15 workdays — all indicative, quoted per request. White-label and program naming run through the OBM program.
