Facial Precision Program (Professional): Material, Kit, Guardrails

Aesthetic injection programs run on materials clinics cannot verify and protocols written on the fly. This playbook closes both gaps.ssional guardrails — clinics cannot verify what they inject or defend how they use it.

Facial Precision Program (Professional) — Product Development Playbook — program shot

01 · The problem

Aesthetic injection add-ons live in a documentation vacuum: clinics are asked to stand behind materials they cannot verify, with protocols written on the fly. The credible position requires two things at once — a characterized material (enrichment verified, sterility documented, cold chain logged) and a professional guardrail system (operator training, administration protocols, professional-use labelling). Either alone fails.

02 · Scientific rationale

AccuCrystal™ programs use miR-204-enriched, characterized EVs with program-specific batch characterization. The professional system is as much the product as the vial: administration kits, operator protocols, session documentation templates, and full cold-chain logging. Facial protocols follow the session structures recorded in TONGNIAN's network-clinic documentation (monthly-session facial programs with 30-day observation points) [6].

03 · Program documentation

miR-204 enrichment checks and facial-protocol structures are documented in TONGNIAN's internal professional-use files [6].

Replace anchors [3] and [4] with the actual citations (title, journal, year) or remove the numbers — a documentation-led page cannot carry placeholder references.

05 · Process & QC

EV material runs on the fully enclosed 0.5–5 L micro-batch line with low-shear handling qualified at process validation [4]. QC panel design follows MISEV2018 [2] and the national measurement guideline (2026 No. 17, TONGNIAN a drafting organization) [5].

06 · Regulatory pathway: EU & US first

Professional-use positioning: clinic or veterinary channel only, with protocol and training materials included. Material chain (DMF Type II 044197, INCI 41316) documented; finished programs follow destination-market professional-use rules. No consumer therapeutic claims. EU/US: professional-channel placement under cosmetic-material documentation; China professional channel later on the same chain.

07 · Expected outcomes

  • Clinic-defensible: documentation chain and training system a clinic's legal reviewer can verify line by line — named methods, batch records, protocol in hand.
  • Session economics: backbar and program kits priced for professional channels.
  • Cold-chain integrity: temperature logging from fill to clinic.

No claims are made beyond the destination-market framing — authority comes from documentation and batch measurement.

08 · Commercial framework

Sample kits in 3–5 days; pilot from 500 units; production from 2,000 units; standard lead 15 workdays — all indicative, quoted per request. White-label runs through the OBM program.
