Case 13 — Respiratory Wellness: Nebulized EV Program
Program design
The respiratory program delivers nebulized extracellular vesicles via a portable mesh device for clients with chronic respiratory conditions or wellness maintenance.
Published evidence base
Clinical literature supports MSC-based approaches for COPD and interstitial lung disease: immune response modulation (Eur Respir J 2018), local delivery for advanced emphysema (Stem Cells Transl Med 2017), and the approved Prochymal safety RCT (Chest 2013) showing improved CRP, BODE, MMRC and SGRQ scores.
Delivery format
Single-dose vials paired with a portable nebulizer — the same format as the ExoBreath™ retail starter set. Administered in a guided setting for clinical programs, or self-administered for wellness maintenance.
Document chain
Each nebulizer set ships with batch COA, nebulizer performance verification, and cold-chain hand-off documentation.
Observational records from internal application programs, anonymized. Individual results vary. These notes describe program design contexts and are not medical advice, nor a promise of outcomes.
